Welcome to PureAirGuide (“Site”, “Service”). These Terms of Service
(“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and PureAirGuide governing your access
to and use of our website at https://www.hmwzl.cn. By using or accessing the Site,
you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The content on this Site (articles, guides, reviews, graphics, images, logos, etc.)
is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, legal advice,

All product rankings, ratings, and recommendations reflect the independent,
unsponsored editorial opinion of the PureAirGuide editorial team at the time of writing,
based on our published testing methodology.
Ratings are not a guarantee of future performance; product specs, pricing, and
firmware change without notice, and information may become outdated.
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every spec, price, or claim is
100% error-free at all times. If you spot an error, please email
editor@www.hmwzl.cn and we will correct it promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PureAirGuide, its officers, directors,
employees, contractors, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or
revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill,
or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Site;
(b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (c) any content obtained from
the Site; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation
of liability, liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

6. User-Generated Content (Comments)

If comments are enabled, you are solely responsible for any content you post. You agree
not to post defamatory, abusive, harassing, hate-speech, infringing, spam, or unlawful
material. We reserve the right to moderate and delete any comment, for any or no reason,
and to block users who repeatedly violate these rules.

By posting a comment, you grant PureAirGuide a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free,
worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute,
and display that comment in connection with the Site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PureAirGuide, its officers, directors,
employees, contractors, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims,
damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but
not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Site;
(b) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party
right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law
provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall
first be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within
30 days, either party may submit to binding individual arbitration in Travis County,
Texas, under JAMS rules, or file in the state or federal courts sitting in Travis County,
Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Class action waiver: All claims must be brought on an individual basis,
and you agree not to participate in any class action or representative proceeding against
PureAirGuide under any legal theory.

9. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend access to the
Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without
limitation breach of these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature
should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership
provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting of the
updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after the posting date
constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
